Send a Referral Letter
Email or post a referral letter including the patient's history, relevant investigations, and your clinical question. Please include the patient's contact details and preferred appointment times.
We Contact the Patient
Our team will contact the patient directly within one working day to schedule an appointment at a convenient time.
Specialist Assessment
Dr Vijayasarathy conducts a thorough clinical assessment, arranges any necessary investigations, and formulates a management plan.
Clinic Letter to You
A detailed clinic letter is sent to the referring doctor within five working days of the appointment, with a copy to the patient.
